Flautas Palys opened in East El Paso in 2002 and grew into a neighborhood favorite. Raquel Cuellar has been part of the kitchen since day one, and took over as owner in 2018 — carrying the same recipes forward with the same hands. Every flauta is still hand-rolled with corn tortillas, every salsa still made from scratch, and every plate served the way we'd serve our own family.
